Jury trials include Sexual Assault, Aggravated Sexual Assault-continuous, Aggravated Sexual Assault, Intoxication Manslaughter, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Family Violence-first degree felony), Murder, DWI, DWI over .15, Possession of Marijuana, Deadly Conduct, Possession of Controlled Substance, Enhanced Theft (2nd Degree Felony). Numerous hearings for suppression of the evidence, sentencing, and motions to revoke probation tried in state and federal courts;
Successful appeals in the Court of Appeals in criminal, civil and probate matters;
Corporation and other entity counseling and formation;
Counseling and representation in real estate, business, estate planning, probate, family, and criminal matters;
Certified Mediator– 40 hours of classroom training in alternative dispute resolution, and an additional 30 hours of family mediation training.
